We are registered on the Primary Authority Register through the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy in collaboration with the Pet Industry Federation, City of London.  You can view our certificate here.  This means that we working together to standardise our Home Boarding Licensing across all our local governments and working closely with our licensing offices to ensure our pooches all receive the same consistent & excellent standard of care.

To ensure your peace of mind we can email you regular updates and we post updates and photos on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

We ask all our guests to provide your dogs collar, leads and food. Alternatively we can supply our own stocked brand Ancestral Canine Specialty Dog Foods at an extra cost.  We can also provide a range of beds and toys, although you are welcome to provide your own if you'd prefer.

We only accept a small number of dogs into home boarding at any one time so our service is one to one with each dog ensuring their stay is loving, relaxed and enjoyable.

Home Boarding Runcorn Warrington

 Home boarding is available to dogs that are;

  • A minimum of 6 months of age

  • Fully vaccinated, including Kennel Cough vaccine, (vaccination must be given a minimum of 4 weeks prior to stay) proof of vaccination is required.

  • Well socialised with both dogs and humans.

  • Have a sound basic level of obedience.

  • Respectful of household property and possessions.

  • Fully house trained.

  • Fully neutered. (Neutering must be completed a minimum of 8 weeks prior to trial stay).

As per our license we are able to leave dogs alone in our property up to a maximum of 3 hours.

We require all new Home Boarding clients to complete a minimum of a 1 night Home Boarding trail before any bookings can be confirmed. 

Home Boarding is becoming very popular, particularly around the School Holiday period so we ask clients to book early to avoid disappointment.

Home Boarding Rates

Prices are £25 per dog per night including local collection and drop off, and we offer a 50% discount for a second or third dog from the same household.

Prices on Bank Holidays are charged at double rate, £50 per dog per night.

We also offer a Holiday Essentials Bag to be dropped off during our visits.  This can include, Milk, Bread, Bacon or Sausages & Fruit. Alternatives can be arranged upon request.

We are also happy to water plants, close curtains, turn lights on or off and put the bins out for collection if required.

Please note: Our current Home boarding licenses are in our individual names and not the name of Creature Comforts Cheshire therefore your booking will be in the name of the individual and not the company, many thanks
